Breaking Changes
Please be advised, if you are upgrading from version 21.4 or earlier, a version change for an internal dependency introduced in 21.5 requires the installer to be re-run and the "repair" option selected to correctly update the package.
If you are upgrading from version 21.5 or later this should already have been done, and won't need repeating.
Changes
Group user roster restoration
This update requires the Group User Roster data (representing the active participants in a room) to be reset during a service upgrade.This data represents a projection of recorded activity in the system for presentation only, and does not impact access control rules or the recorded activity in the system.
The attached script 3_ClearMceUserRostersFix.sql must be run against the MCE database while the MCE services are stopped. The roster will be rebuilt on-demand as rooms are accessed.

Management Center Email Notification Configuration Page
The configuration of Email Notifications has been updated from the Advanced debug keys to a dedicated configuration page.
Debug keys should be migrated automatically when upgrading.
Secure Content Export of group messages to Email
The MCE Email page in the management center allows administrators to enable and configure Context Export functionality.
Content Export may be enabled by default on this page, or administrators can enable per-security context through the MCE Admin PowerShell Module.Get-MceSecurityContext -SearchTerm <name> | Set-MceSecurityContext -SecureContentExport <val> -ContentCopying <val>MCE groups backed by an enabled Security Context will provide users an export icon, which allows messages to be selected and exported to members of the group as a secure email.
Note : This feature is not available for internet Explorer 11
Secure Content Copying
Give administrative control to the copy-paste functionality of sent messages.
When enabled, users will be prevented from selecting and copying text content.Content Copying can be enabled by default, or controlled per-security context through the MCE Admin PowerShell Module.

Add audit logging to export action
Audit events for email export actions allow Audit Officers and Administrators to keep an audit trail of which users have accessed and retained information.
Audit log entries for exporting chat history are generated, including the User, Group and Security Context IDs, the group name, classification of the group, date range and number of messages.

Known limitations
Internet Explorer 11 does not support Conversation Export
