If you have subscribed to Support and Maintenance and require additional assistance from the MindLink Team, please email support at stating the nature of the problem and including your contact details. The more information you are able to provide about the issue the better, as this streamlines the identification and solution process. Error codes, logs and/or issue reproduction steps are valuable, if they are available.
